Self care is one of the best parts of my day, and one of my favorite things to talk about. The glorious thing about self care is that it can be SO many things to each of us! Self care is the restorative, cathartic, ritualistic parts of our day that make us feel like our best and truest selves. Skin care, a piping hot bath, the process of making and enjoying your morning tea or coffee, your daily walk outdoors, working out, anything that channels your creativity, cooking, gardening, the list goes on and on.
